Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return and Refund Policy for Face-Skin Care Products

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

2. How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement by email. 

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased directly from our online store.
  • The product is returned within 14 days from the date from the day you received the product
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. 
  • The product is in the same condition that you received it.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective or not as described:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as sale

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1.    Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at  info@fair2face.co.uk  with your order number and the reason for your return.

2.    Return Authorisation: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.

3.    Ship the Product: Pack the product securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.

We will not be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned product. 

7. Faulty or Misdescribed Products

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if the product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet satisfactory quality, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us at  info@fair2face.co.uk with details and pictures of the product.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame:

1.    Check Your Bank Account: There may be a processing delay.

2.    Contact Your Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3.    Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

9. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or not as described.
